Format referenceDoor findings

`removed_tag`

Kapi kept the words of an element it doesn't show, without the element.

Severity: Note. It doesn't stop publishing.

How to fix it

Use the elements the format lists, such as div, span and section, and style them with CSS. Kapi keeps the words of other elements without the element.

Looks and Designed blocks give each format in full, and What Kapi says lists every finding.

removed_head

Kapi left out a page setting from the head.

removed_attribute

Kapi left out an attribute it doesn't use, such as data- or tabindex.
