Format referenceDoor findings

`removed_head`

Kapi left out a page setting from the head.

Severity: Note. It doesn't stop publishing.

How to fix it

Only the style elements in the head reach the door's page. Remove meta, base and other page settings from your file.

Looks and Designed blocks give each format in full, and What Kapi says lists every finding.

removed_external

Kapi left out something loaded from another website, such as fonts or trackers.

removed_tag

Kapi kept the words of an element it doesn't show, without the element.
