Kapi left out an animation or transition outside @media (prefers-reduced-motion: no-preference).

Severity: Note. It doesn't stop publishing.

How to fix it

Put transitions, animations and @keyframes inside @media (prefers-reduced-motion: no-preference) { … }, so people who ask their device for less motion get none.

Looks and Designed blocks give each format in full, and What Kapi says lists every finding.

removed_at_rule

Kapi left out an @ rule it doesn't allow. Looks may use @media for width, contrast and motion.
