`missing_alt`

A picture has no description. Add alt text, or mark a decorative picture aria-hidden="true".

Severity: Stops publishing. Publishing waits until it is fixed.

How to fix it

Give every img an alt that says what the picture shows, such as alt="The Leeds warehouse team". A picture that is only decoration takes aria-hidden="true" instead.

Looks and Designed blocks give each format in full, and What Kapi says lists every finding.

missing_picture

This block shows pictures that weren't uploaded with it (…). Upload them, or remove them.

dead_link

A link only ran code, so it does nothing now. Point it at a page, or remove it.
