# upstream_unavailable

Temporarily unavailable. HTTP 503.

## What it means

Kapi could not reach its records service. Try again shortly.

## What to do

Retry after Retry-After seconds with exponential backoff and jitter. Keep your last complete pull meanwhile.

## Headers

A 503 response also sends `Retry-After`.
