# removed_form

Kapi left out a form, field or button. Change the words around it, and use a link to a door page, a Kapi form or Who to ask instead.

- Severity: **Stops publishing**. Publishing waits until it is fixed.

## How to fix it

Add a Form block to the page for a Kapi form, link to a door page with `kapi:page/…`, or add a Who to ask block. A link can look like a button. Then change the words that asked people to fill something in.

[Looks](https://docs.kapiworks.com/build/looks) and [Designed blocks](https://docs.kapiworks.com/build/pages) give each format in full, and [What Kapi says](https://docs.kapiworks.com/build/pages#what-kapi-says) lists every finding.
