Customer terms of use

These terms explain how you may use our customer academy: the online courses, guides and certificates we offer to our customers and their teams. Please read them before you start.

In these terms, "we" and "us" means the company that runs this academy, and "you" means you, the person using it. If your organisation has an agreement with us, it applies to your organisation's use of the academy as well as these terms.

Using the academy

Live sessions

Some courses include live sessions, online or in person, led by one of our trainers. Be respectful to the trainer and to other learners, and keep what other people share in a session to yourself. Do not record a session unless the trainer agrees first.

Our content

The courses, guides, videos and other materials in the academy belong to us, or to the people who licensed them to us.

What our courses tell you

Our courses explain how our products work when we write them. Products change, so check our current product documentation before you rely on a detail, and follow your own organisation's procedures too. If something in a course looks wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check it.

Certificates and records

When you complete a course, the academy records it, and some courses give you a certificate. A certificate records that you completed the course on that date. It is not a professional qualification.

We keep a record of the courses you start and complete, so that you can pick up where you left off and we can support you. Our privacy notice explains who can see it and how long we keep it.

Your personal data

Accessibility

We want the academy to work for everyone. If something is hard to use, for example with a screen reader, a keyboard or larger text, tell us and we will help you find another way to learn it.

Your feedback

We welcome feedback on the academy and its courses. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the academy, without paying you for them.

When the academy is available

We work to keep the academy available and up to date, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example while we carry out maintenance. We may change, add or remove courses and features over time. If a problem with the academy stops you from finishing a course your organisation needs by a date, tell us, and we will help you finish it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a change that matters to how you use the academy, we will tell you and ask you to read and acknowledge the new version.

Ending your access

You can stop using the academy at any time, and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if your organisation stops working with us.

Questions

If you have a question about these terms or the academy, contact your usual contact at our company, or our customer support team. We aim to reply within 2 working days. If your question is about your own organisation's training plan, ask your manager.
